Please include as much detail as you can including:
- Program Version (available in the Properties About window)
- The operating system and version you were using at the time (e.g. Windows 7)
- The browser and version you were using at the time (e.g. IE8 )
- The URL you were visiting at the time
- What happened
- What you expected to happen
- Is the situation repeatable
- Without this basic information issues can not be investigated.
