Installation and Setup

S.O.L.I.D. Authentication® is installed by downloading and running the FCSInstall.exe program from a secure site of either a subscriber of the service or from https://www.solidauthentication.com. The download page will always be SSL secure,meaning its URL will start https, just like when you are on a secure e-commerce site.

Download and run the file FCSInstall.exe.

Note that the download window confirms the publisher is First Cyber Security Limited. If it says 'unknown publisher' or another name then do not install it.

S.O.L.I.D. Authentication® can be uninstalled, suspended and resumed by accessing FCS Setup by right clicking on the window and selecting from the menu below or running Setup.exe, from within the install directory after the program is installed.

S.O.L.I.D. Authentication® runs on Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 and all supported Microsoft Internet Explorer versions, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
