Display Modes - Yellow

When you see the yellow symbol, S.O.L.I.D. Authentication® has attempted to authenticate the site but has failed. You should exercise caution on whether to use the website. If you normally see a Bank or e-retailers logo and suddenly you don't then use extreem caution.

Take particular care if S.O.L.I.D. Authentication® normally shows a logo for this site, but has not done so on this occasion - it may mean that you are not at the site you should be.

As the authentication has failed you are advised to leave the web site and try again in an hour. Then the authentication process is more likely to give you a more specific answer, either a Green meaning the site is now authenticated, or a RED indicating the site is potentially fake. Yellow means it's currently under investigation.
